DELTA D Corner stone of the new online customs clearance system, it meets all the EU standards, in particular the new format of the SAD (Single Administrative Document) 2007.

DELTA C Planned to replace SOFI (current French international freight computerised system) enabling conformity with the new SAD 2007, alignment with TARIC*, and offering a global guarantee through the TRIGO* application. * TARIC: integrated tariff for European communities * TRIGO : global management of operator guarantees

DELTApass is made up of the modules passimport and passexport which are then used in conjunction with the DELTA procedure in place: C, D, T, X or P.

In order to offer you the best possible access to DELTA applications, we have chosen ATOS ORIGIN to host our DELTApass server. ATOS ORIGIN also hosts thePASTEUR gateway, a “necessary passage” to DELTA applications.

Reliability, availability and security are what ATOS ORIGIN and CONEX assure you in terms of hosting: redundancy of all network equipment from the Internet access point (which is also doubled) to the firewalls, electrical backup, … All network equipment in ATOS ORIGIN’s host premises are under 24 hour surveillance 7 days a week.

As trusted third party, through our platform we bring you secure and reliable transmission and storage of data exchanged with the administration’s servers. Our platform runs coherency checks and assures the traceability of all messages. Numerous technical means have been deployed in order to secure data exchange and guarantee optimal service.

You will no longer be burdened by such technical considerations as setting up and exploiting a data transfer system, maintaining and updating it, not forgetting dealings with several middlemen.

Your software packages Tradex, Tradin or SOFIchain will be modified in accordance with the DELTpass solution without any extra cost and therefore safeguard the continuity of your initial investment. Two main areas are dissociated from the new DELTA procedure: regulation and software.

In our efforts to accompany you as well as possible along this new path, we offer you the possibility of better understanding the regulatory aspects of DELTA in collaboration with our partner, ED Encyclopédie Douanière . Specific training sessions on Customs SAD 2007 are being offered and a detailed programme is available on the ED website.

Concerning software, the DELTA procedure necessitates a considerable overhaul of our applications. To guide you into what will be your new work environment in 2007, we are proposing two training days during which we will study how best to manage customs clearance operations according to an online SAD.

Technical Characteristics

MICROCOMPUTER

For the installation of our passexport and passimport modules, we recommend the following material:

• Pentium III 1 GHz (or equivalent) minimum
• 256 Mb of memory (minimum) - 512 Mb recommended
• 200 Mb of disk space for the application
• 1 Gb (minimum) of disk space for the data base

Use of our software in the Multiuser mode necessitates having a data server. For this, it is possible to use a Windows NT server (for other types of servers, please contact us).

In the case of small multi-user systems, less than five users, it is possible to share disk space on the condition that a Windows NT Workstation is being used.

Computer and network performance inevitably influences the processing time of our applications. The volume to be processed must also be taken into consideration.

On Wide Area Networks (Wan), it is necessary to install a server application / programme like Metaframe (Citrix) or TSE (Microsoft).

We advise strongly against using Windows 95 and it’s not recommended to use Windows 98/ME and Windows XP family edition.
For the transmission and reception of data between your applications and our transmission platform, you will need an Internet connection.

LIASON

Access to our DELTA passcom platform requires special parametering at your service provider level, for reasons of communication security
