CONEX delivers an effective EDI response to the New Customs Transit System, NCTS, to all its customers, and offers other users the opportunity to benefit from the service via an interface or over the Internet.
As you would expect, our software packages DELTApass C, D, X, P are equipped with the DELTApass T moduleenabling automatic creation of NCTS messages, whether for export or for import, and dispatching them via our transmission platform.
DELTApass T (transit operations) tracks write-off notifications, manages guarantees and processes errors, as well as issuing import transits in the absence of customs declarations.
Our platform prepares the electronic declaration in the Edifact IE13 format and emails it to the customs authority’s website. It also tracks the information returned in the form of Acknowledgement of Receipt AR, Delivery Permit (BAE) and Transit Accompanying Document (TAD) settlements, which are then incorporated into the databases embedded in our software, or by our customers into their own databases. |
