Incoterms\u00ae ? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La codification des Incoterms\u00ae 2020 se compose de <strong>4 caract\u00e8res alphanum\u00e9riques dont 3 lettres<\/strong> reprenant l&rsquo;Incoterms\u00ae retenu au contrat <strong>et 1 chiffre<\/strong> (1, 2 ou 3) localisant le contrat de transport selon les dispositions suivantes :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Endroit situ\u00e9 en entrep\u00f4t, etc.). L&rsquo;acheteur supporte tous les frais et risques inh\u00e9rents \u00e0 l&rsquo;acheminement des marchandises de l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement du vendeur \u00e0 la destination souhait\u00e9e. Le vendeur n&rsquo;a pas \u00e0 charger la marchandise sur un quelconque v\u00e9hicule d&rsquo;enl\u00e8vement. Ce terme repr\u00e9sente l&rsquo;obligation minimale du vendeur. L&rsquo;acheteur choisit le mode de transport et le transporteur. L&rsquo;acheteur paye le transport principal. Le transfert des frais et risques intervient au moment o\u00f9 le transporteur prend en charge la marchandise.
