La France a ouvert la voie en appliquant depuis le 1er mars 2026 une taxe forfaitaire de 2\u20ac, avant le d\u00e9ploiement d&rsquo;une mesure europ\u00e9enne pr\u00e9voyant 3\u20ac de droits de
