23\/02\/2021 \u2013 La DGDDI publie une note aux op\u00e9rateurs relative aux modalit\u00e9s de perfectionnement passif pour r\u00e9paration et applicable \u00e0 compter du 1er mars 2021. Cette note d\u00e9taille les modalit\u00e9s de mise en \u0153uvre du perfectionnement passif pour r\u00e9paration, tel que pr\u00e9vu par les articles 8 de l\u2019accord de libre \u00e9change (ALE) ente l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne (UE) et le Royaume-Uni (RU) et 260 bis du Code des Douanes de l\u2019Union (CDU) relatif aux marchandises r\u00e9par\u00e9es ou modifi\u00e9es dans le cadre d\u2019accords internationaux. La pr\u00e9sente note s\u2019applique \u00e0 compter du 1er mars 2021, date de mise \u00e0 jour du t\u00e9l\u00e9service Delta.<\/p>\n
