Pre-customs clearance software: SAFE via conex™

This software allows you to manage all pre-customs clearance declarative formalities (safety and security declarations and logistics envelopes) required before customs clearance of goods, including Entry Summary Declarations (ENS), ELO (FR)-GMR (GB)-PBN (IE) logistics envelopes, and PNTS (EU) declarations, known as ANTES in France.

SAFE via conex™ automates and secures safety/security declarations, ensures ICS2 regulatory compliance, and facilitates electronic exchanges with customs authorities. It reduces manual entry, thus reducing the risk of errors thanks to integrated intelligent agents, accelerates customs validation, avoids logistical blockages, and frees operators from the technical aspects related to electronic exchanges.

Conex has its own electronic transmission platform and adapts it to the technical and regulatory requirements of each country in collaboration with the relevant administrations.

The SAFE via conex™ pre-customs clearance software is connected to the European ICS2 and PNTS (ANTES in France) systems, to manage your safety and security declarations and logistics envelopes for importing goods into the EU.

As part of British customs formalities related to the United Kingdom’s departure from the European Union, SAFE via conex™ offers connection to the GVMS (Goods Vehicle Movement Service) and S&S GB (Safety & Security) systems.

Carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, importers/exporters or handling agents can submit all or part of the required data using SAFE via conex™.

It checks the consistency of safety/security data, integrates ICS2 and S&S GB developments by mode of transport, and automatically generates acknowledgements and MRN numbers.

Yes, SAFE via conex™ also covers British (GVMS, S&S GB) and Japanese (Advance Filing Rule) safety and security obligations and logistics envelopes, in addition to European ICS2 formalities.
