TENDER
TRADmaster via conex™ allows you to draw up tenders for customer or prospect in the currency, incoterm, payment terms, mode of transport and sales unit of your choice. Each customer has one or more tariffs in memory, the prices of which you can vary as required.
ORDER
Draw up as many orders as you wish. They are created upon receipt of orders from your customers and can be automated by calling on the content of one or more prior tenders or by using external data recovered through an interface. Various files are made available to you to optimise your work. The order will also be used when drafting the shipment(s) that will follow; the balances being tracked for invoicing.
SHIPMENT
The Shipment module of TRADmaster via conex™ combines both invoicing and issuance of all documents necessary for shipping. All printed documents comply with Layout Key for Trade Document endorsed by the international standardisation organisation under the reference ISO 6422. TRADmaster via conex™ is a documentary credit and language management tool: generate your documents automatically in your customer’s language!
DOCUMENT GENERATOR
In addition to the administrative and commercial documents drafted from the Tender, Order and Shipment modules, TRADmaster via conex™ enables you to create your own document templates and to elaborate these documents from your daily files.
